Lead the end-to-end integration of international Electrification R&D projects into Medium Voltage (MV) production facilities in Türkiye, with 8+ customer-driven R&D project integrations delivered.
Act as the primary technical bridge between overseas technology teams and local stakeholders to streamline engineering solutions and technical processes.
Manage the transition of R&D outputs to the manufacturing floor, along with technical documentation and process optimization.
Work across the full product lifecycle, from part design and bills of materials (BOMs) to certification and production.
Coordinate international certification processes and 20+ product type tests under IEC 62271 for new products.
Take an active role in 5+ Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) studies.

As part of Erasmus+, I volunteered for two months in the Life Imitates Art 2 project in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The project focused on community engagement and intercultural collaboration.
At the end of the program, I received the Youthpass certificate, which documents the competences gained in European Union youth projects.

In my graduation project, I worked on detecting and tracking moving objects with a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) UAV.
As a board member of the Bilgili Entrepreneurs Club, I managed the club's organizational strategy and innovation programs.
